Return Eligibility

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Refund Process

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned: made-to-order products, personalized or monogrammed items, and any products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
